Mr. Ozan (Principal at Chelsea Atelier Architects), while at KPF, was involved in developing the design and preparation of construction documents, servicing the needs of the client, all communications, directing the activities of the consultants, preparing estimates, schedules, fee proposals and negotiating change orders. Following 9/11, he personally led the team’s activities in the implementation of new security measures and the resulting architectural changes under new FAA guidelines.
